What are you afraid of?

What’s your biggest fear?

I was always petrified to stepping out on my own. I felt I didn’t know enough.

That I didn’t have the right connections.

Even when I did work that I got glowing commendations for, I still felt inadequate.

Until I had a shift…

From directing design and rewriting copy of the company profile for a 22-year old company — with glowing reviews and referrals;

To taking charge of the process for a book publication: editing, ISBN application and publishing;

To securing a public relations consultancy deal with a multinational organisation operating from Nigeria;

Then planning a continent-wide public relations and road show campaign throughout Africa…

All with my humble start up Mosron Communications

I thought I was failing.

Now I realise: those stops and detours were actually learning curves, preparing me to work with growing organisations looking to work with a professional PR consultant. They prepared me for in-country representation roles where I can now adequately represent global organisations looking to enter Nigeria.

Look at failure with a different lens. You will better appreciate where you are now.

Early this year, I launched the Personal Public Relations Consult with Tolucomms — a service through which I offer first time PR and Comms Managers, business executives and HR directors access to a personal public relations consultant.

Speaking to a participant after the Free LinkedIn Optimisation training organised by Mosron Communications

In celebration of the 2020 International Women’s day #GenerationEquality, I am offering a 15 minutes pre-consult session to only three (3) C-suite Executives or Communications Director.

If you would like to take advantage of this, please start here.

Looking forward to the result of your realisation that failure is simply a learning curve, not an end.
